The Carers' Support Service is a part of the Carers' Support Centre charity. We have been supporting Carers with great success for the past 25 years.
The Carers' Support Service is here to work with and support Carers in North East Lincolnshire
A Carer is someone of any age who looks after a child, relative, partner or friend in need of help because they have an illness, disability, fraility or substance misuse problem. The care they provide may be personal, emotional or supervisory and is unpaid
We offer:
- Information and advice
- Carer groups and social activities
- Counselling
- Befriending
- Advocacy
- Support when caring ends
- Training for Carers
- Holistic therapies
- Support for Carers of someone with substance misuse problems.
Carers are also able to access specialist advice on benefits, housing, finances and debt, amongst other topics. Home visits are available. Please call the centre on 01472 242277 for more information and to book an appointment.
