Grimsby JobCentre Plus
Job Centre Plus can administer claims Jobseeker's Allowance, Incapacity Benefit, Employment and Support Allowance and Income Support. Job Centre Plus will support you in finding employment and have the facilities on site for you to search through current job vacancies.
Employability Services deliver two strands under one service - Employability and Supported Employment.
Employability Services supports the skills and worklessness agenda of North East Lincolnshire and promotes social inclusion within communities by opening up a career pathway to sustainable employment and further and higher education for unemployed people aged 16 plus. The service understands the difficulties people face in finding suitable work due to lack of experience, skills and opportunities and offer support to break down barriers to employment.

CLS offers courses in English & Maths, Citizenship, Creative Arts, Information Technology, Construction & DIY, Childcare, Health & Social Care, Teaching & Voluntary courses as well as NVQ's & Apprenticeships.

Voluntary Action North East Lincolnshire (VANEL) is a membership organisation which works behind the scenes to ensure that local voluntary and community organisations across North East Lincolnshire get the support they need.

The British Red Cross offers many volunteer roles in their charity shops from serving customers to creating eye-catching displays.
